From passion to lifestyle: 10 years of Dreamwood vaporizers

It all started in 2015. Anyone who knows me knows that Dreamwood has never just been a "business" for me. It's my life, my lifestyle, and a journey that began almost a decade ago in my workshop. Today, with our new, dedicated shop, we're opening a new chapter – time to take a brief look back.

The sparks of inspiration

It all started with Triihouse vaporizers (Daisy, Lily, Peace). The first time I manually heated a butane powerd wooden vaporizer with a jet lighter, I was immediately captivated. The effect was more direct, stronger, and somehow "real" than with any electric device I had used before. That was the moment it clicked.

As a trained industrial mechanic, building things is in my blood. My first project was the DLX One , a simple bong attachment. But this first experiment quickly turned into a passion for wood. The grain, the smell, the meticulous handwork of sanding, and bringing out the natural beauty of each piece – it was a whole new world for me.

Craftsmanship that connects

Over the years, design and craftsmanship have evolved enormously. What began as a hobby has become a globally respected brand. Today, we ship our unique pieces from Duisburg all over the world.

What motivates me most, however, is the exchange with you all . The vaporizer scene is small, but well-connected. Over the years, I've made so many new friends. Custom orders and specific wood requests aren't a nuisance for me, but an honor. I love it when a customer chooses a piece of wood that perfectly suits them.

A new chapter: Pure Dreamwood

It wasn't always easy. We often had to contend with massive obstacles and moments when we were on the verge of giving up. That we're where we are today wasn't a lucky accident or an easy path: I took a huge risk, sacrificed a lot, and invested every cent of my savings in Dreamwood to keep my vision alive.

Today, Dreamwood is more independent than ever. The separation from Greendream marks the start of a completely new chapter. With this new, independent shop, I want to return Dreamwood to what it truly is at its core: honest craftsmanship without compromise.
